Hey there. My name is Philipp. I am a 24 year old guy who has a passion for fishing. In the coming 7 months i will do my internship at the Skarnsundet Fjordsenter situated at the Trondheimfjord. For the last three years i studied tourism management in Leeuwarden. And now it is time to start my internship to finish my studies. What can be better than combining it with fishing:-) My boss Klaas Jan Jonkman owns a fishing resort(Skarnsundet Fjordsenter)in Inderoy.It is around 80 km from Trondheim.(check website www.skarnsundet.com )

This is my second week in Norway and i already started some shore fishing sessions overhere. As i am not really sure so far how and where to fish i mostly go fishing with my english colleague Phil Dale. Phil is 27 years old and specialised on shore fishing. He lives in Norway since 1 year and has a really good knowledge about the area around here. He already catched a couple of Cods around 20 pounds from the shore. His personal record here is 23 pounds. Just last week he catched a cod of 14 pound. (see pictures). My personal record is 5 pound:), but i hope i will catch a cod of 10 pounds or even more soon. But i think i will, because Phil Dale is according to me a really professional shore fisher and can teach me how to get the big ones. He already has some articles in british fishing magazines. He also has his own blog on our website where he uses a kind of fishing diary about his fishing results (www.skarnsundet.com look for Phils Blog!) Anyways from now on i will publish constantly fishing pictures of Phil, me and of course our guests on this webpage to demonstrate you how great this area is for fishing. Especially Shore Fishing offers a lot of opportunities here. For me this area is unique for its fishing opportunities.
